Achim has 8 years of consulting experience with focus on lean and agile product development as well as holistic transformation and training programs
He has 10 years of experience as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt as Project Lead and worldwide Trainer. He has 15 years of professional experience e. g. as Technical Director. He is Management Trainer and Coach for process and leadership excellence and for agile transformations.
Currently he is Interim head of development. He deals with analyses, conception, and implementation of lean and agile development processes and organizations. He curates the implementation of project management organizations, methods, standards, and tools. He deals with design, implementation, and coaching of Shop Floor Management in project and departmental cascades. He follows the structured implementation of improvement processses (Kaizen culture).
