During the Smart Kart Factory® Experiential Training, you will build a pedal kart with your own hands, designing a production system that from time to time improves process performance, thanks to the application of Lean principles and the collection of the necessary data in a “smart” way.
You will thus be able on the one hand to experience a Lean improvement path live, and on the other hand to discover the benefits of introducing digital into the company and how this matches up with traditional standardization approaches.
