During Kart Factory® IOT experiential training, you will build a pedal-powered kart with your own hands, designing a production system that from time to time improves process performance by applying Lean principles and collecting the necessary data in a “smart” way.
You will then be able to experience a live Lean improvement journey on the one hand and, on the other, discover the benefits of introducing digital into the company and how it matches up with traditional standardization approaches.
