Through experiential training, you can field test the effectiveness of the combination of Lean and Digital! In fact, experiential training, through learning by experience, error and teamwork, allows you to understand, learn and make improvement methods and their theoretical basis your own. It thus allows experience to be transformed into knowledge.

During Kart Factory® IOT experiential training, you will build a pedal-powered kart with your own hands, designing a production system that from time to time improves process performance by applying Lean principles and collecting the necessary data in a “smart” way.

You will then be able to experience a live Lean improvement journey on the one hand and, on the other, discover the benefits of introducing digital into the company and how it matches up with traditional standardization approaches.
