§Before joining STAUFEN.ITALIA I worked for 3 years in consulting growing experience in various industries such as manufacturing, pharma, banking, insurance, energy and fashion, working mainly with medium-big enterprises.
I have experience in:
-Software and partner selection of an APS solution in which I defined the functional requirements of the solution,, analysed company’s processes and IT system, scouted SW solutions through direct and indirect sources and preparation of the documentation for the suppliers;
-Service design in which I defined, with the customer, from the scratch a new digital service which allows the customer to sign leasing contracts;
-Digital roadmap definition in which I analyzed all company processes and defined a three-year plan composed by various digital streams with the indication of the cost for each of those.
