About the author

He is a Continuous Improvement Manager at a major Italian multinational company in the Nutraceutical, Cosmetic and Medical Devices fields, where he is leading and supporting the improvement and initiation of a systematic improvement program. Subsequent to his studies in Management Engineering he became interested in Lean Manufacturing issues and led the improvement through Lean approaches and methodologies in a leading company in the development and production of wireless control devices and later coordinated the business units related to machinery construction of a leading pharmaceutical primary packaging company through a WCM program, of which he was PMO and Global Champion for the "Professional Maintenance" pillar.
Passionate about Lean Manufacturing but also about all aspects that holistically impact the growth of organizations and processes.
