About the author

He worked for 15 years in the Japanese multinational company Komatsu. At first dealing with quality, from Product and Process Control to managing Quality System Development from a Total Quality perspective. Later in manufacturing, he followed process optimization, working alongside the parent company's "sensei" and progressively taking over the management of the company's Improvement Groups, defining and conveying technological and organizational solutions in order to optimize processes. Finally, he focused his work in the development of the corporate Supply Chain. Since 2010, as a consultant, he has led projects on Lean Production issues in different manufacturing sectors, focusing on the implementation of ShopFloor Management, Problem Solving, and understanding real customer value. Currently, he has focused on organizational development, both in terms of process excellence and leadership excellence.
