About the author

Edoardo Bolgè gained his experience at an Italian multinational company in the automotive sector. Where he had the opportunity to approach Lean Manufacturing as a participant in several kaizens.
He then joined the WCM structure as co-Pillar of the Workplace Organization and Autonomous Maintenance pillars taking responsibility for the application of the methodology throughout the plant and related training activities. Developed several performance improvement projects in operations in collaboration with the other pillars.
Direct responsibility over more than 100 workers and his role in their growth has helped develop his leadership and mentoring skills.
