About the author

Federico is responsible for the Industrial Engineering division of Endress+Hauser Sicestherm srl, an E+H Group manufacturing center based in Pessano, Italy. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and has been involved in industrial processes from the very beginning, embracing Lean Thinking from his first experience. Later, about ten years ago, he joined Endress where he contributed to the Lean transformation of the company that broadened its horizon from Lean Manufacturing to Lean Enterprise. Federico is now the head of Lean Administration in the temperature department of E+H.
