About the author

Gianfranco is HR Director & CFO of Endress+Hauser Sicestherm srl, an E+H Group manufacturing center based in Pessano, Italy. For 25 years he was part of the group in three different companies, in Italy and abroad, where he created and managed business units. On the strength of his studies in economics, he also holds two master's degrees in business administration and marketing. His interest in Lean culture began with intensive Lean manufacturing activities. He increasingly developed his know-how on Lean topics and expanded his knowledge to include the Lean Leadership approach. Today Gianfranco is responsible for Lean Leadership development in the Temperature department of the E+H Group.
