About the author

Jérôme Cieplik has worked as a consultant at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG in our WIEPROconsulting Global Logistics Planning department since 2019. He studied industrial engineering where he gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of logistics and digital assembly processes. Within WIEPROconsulting Global Logistics Planning, Mr. Cieplik is primarily responsible for the implementation of change projects at our international locations. He initiates and supports comprehensive holistic change projects that deal with the topics of material and information flow design, as well as standardization projects around logistics and assembly process topics.
