Marco Raveggi

Over 20 years in management and organizational consulting.
After starting out as a Business Analyst, he takes part in and then coordinates numerous distribution network development and management projects, focusing on Sales & Marketing issues.
Since 2005 he consolidates his experience on automotive networks and extends his expertise to Sales & Distribution with a dedicated point of view on improving Operations Management in support and service delivery processes. Lean Office Management, Lean Sales Management, Customer Experience & Service Lean Design, Supply Chain Management are the areas he has been working on in recent years, both with operational improvement and reorganization projects.
He has worked in both Italy and Europe in small companies and large multinationals in the Automotive, Trade & Retail, Banking, Home Appliances, and Mechanical Manufacturing sectors.
He is responsible for the Lean Office & Service practice.
