We believe that training brings value when it affects skills, behaviors and business organization. From our point of view, effective training is related to practical application in the field (Genba) and critical re-reading of experiences (lessons learned). Only through application can improvement methods and their theoretical basis be understood, learned and made our own. It is precisely because we believe in Learning by doing that we originated Dōjō, a line of experiential training that focuses on directly involving people by increasing learning through the application of improvement solutions alongside our experts.
