Experience and skills
-I have worked as a mechanical designer and product development manager for about 16 years in many industries: engineering to order, make to order, make to stock.
-Since 2015, I have been a business consultant and trainer. I have focused on Product Development projects both at the product level (DFSS and DFx techniques) and process level (Design Review systems, risk management tools) and then develop projects in the optimization of industrial and business processes through the use of methodologies that are part of TPM. I am an expert in industrial process risk management.
