One year after the last STAUFEN. Happy Hour streaming, we look back at the Food & Beverage sector and the challenges it is facing.
Last year we talked about environmental and social sustainability, cultural change and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This year we believe that these challenges have been joined by a question we wish to reflect on: are the sudden changes that seemed to be due to the pandemic becoming structural?
On Wednesday 6 April, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., we will talk about this during the free streaming “HAPPY HOUR one year later“ with some of the protagonists of these changes.
Participating in the debate will be Centro Carni Company, LAVAZZA and, as moderator, Fabio Salomone, General Manager, STAUFEN.ITALIA.
The round table will be broadcast in free live streaming and it will be possible to interact with the speakers by asking questions and proposing food for thought.
