In April 2002, I joined the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) and later transferred to JIPM-Solutions Co., Ltd. (JIPM-S) in 2005 due to the split of JIPM's consulting/training function. In 2013, JIPM became a part of JMA Consultants Inc. (JMAC). Throughout my career, from 2002 until now, I have accumulated 22 years of experience in TPM Promotion and Market Management for the overseas market (outside of Japan).
